Race entry 2013

Registration,Start and Finish,

Dallam School, Milnthorpe
Cumbria LA7 7DD

Fun run start: 10:45am
10k start: 11.00am
(for the 10k, allow 10 mins to walk to the start from race registration)

A scenic rural course through the South Lakeland landscape around Milnthorpe near Junction 36 on the M6. Be prepared for a few gentle hills, this course isn't flat and includes a slight sting in the tail (it feels steep at the time, but its very short) before swooping down for a fast finish. A 10K to remember. Allow 10 minutes for a short walk to the start from the race HQ/registration. Dallam runners will direct you to the start.

Full location map with the School, Start, marshal points, mile markers and drink station are marked on this google map.

You may also enter by post (entries must be received by Friday 26th April 2013). Download and print this form. Or just turn up and enter on the day. The fun run is 2k, up the road, across a field, up another hill and round a tower before returning to the school. The run is aimed primarily at juniors of all ages, but mums and dads are welcome to run along too.

Toilets, changing and shower facilities on site.

Refreshments, tea, coffee, juice, sandwiches, buns and cakes are available at race HQ with all profits going to our club charity, MS.

Plenty of places available on the day.
